Symphony
Estate Grown, Columbia Valley
Planted in 1990
Developed by Dr. Harold Olmo, Professor Emeritus of the Department of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis, the symphony grape is a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris. It has the intense floral and tropical aromatics of muscat, while retaining good acidity and citrus notes on the finish from the grenache gris.
Our symphony - the one white wine we produce - often has a slight spiciness to it with a lively, refreshing finish. Sumptuous flavors of nectarine, pineapple and lemon dance across the mid-palate. Come visit us and taste the only symphony grown and produced in the NW!
